(b) Provide for a split of any Advances, Producer Royalty and Publishing, including for the avoidance of doubt, in relation to any so-called 'synch licenses';

By determining the amount of sampling time used in the new derivative you will share a % of all future sales.

(Example - One 5 second sample can be looped for an hour and the % remains the same 10%.
That 5 second sample could also be chopped into 5 one second samples throughout the new derivative and the % stays the same 10% and is considered cumulative.)

0-10 seconds = 10%
10 - 30 seconds = 20%
30 - 60 seconds = 30%

The Sample Universe will receive a 5% share of all Master and Sync royalties on the derivative composition. If artist is collecting derivative master or sync royalty fees directly from a label or other source, then artist is responsible to pay out the 5% share to The Sample Universe or direct label or source of payment to pay The Sample Universe directly in care of : James Joseph Gallagher - BMI - 597768597
