The Beatmakers Blind Date Challenge is free to enter but requires a valid email address to deliver the Paradox song pack / license and to contact the winning artists.

During the Beatmakers Blind Date Challenge Nov 16th until Nov 30th (Ending at Midnight CET time) you may chop,flip, or remix the stems from the Paradox pack into a new song or beat (derivate) and post that song or beat to your social media accounts. Instagram, Tik Tok, Fanbase, Youtube, or any other known or unknown social media entities.



In exchange for your valid email to enter the Beatmakers Blind Date Challenge provided via this website www.thesampleuniverse.com (each, “Song” or “Stem” or "Sample"), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use the “Song” or Stem or "Sample" in combination with other sounds in music productions to create a new recording ("Recording(s)"), which shall be considered a ”derivative work" as that term is used in the United States Copyright Act and international copyright.



This license permits you to modify, reproduce, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, and otherwise use the Stems as incorporated into your Recording, for promotional purposes during the Beatmakers Blind Date Challenge subject to the following restrictions:
 


1) You may not use or sub license the (“Song” or Stem or "Sample”) in isolation as sound effects, loops, or as source material for any other form of sample (even if you modify the Sample).


2) You may not use or sub license (“Song” or Stem or "Sample”) in a manner competitive to us or redistribute Samples in new sample packs.


3) You may not sub license , sell, loan, share, lend, broadcast, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or transfer any  (“Song” or Stem or "Sample”) to a third party.


4) You may only use the name, image, or likeness of the artists associated with the Arboretum Beat Challenge during the challenge from October 14th until October 23rd.

 If after the challenge ends you would like to release your beat or song you will need to purchase the Beatmakers Blind Date Challenge pack to acquire a license from https://thesampleuniverse.com

All splits will be determined by the % from the Full Song License on the website.

 By downloading the Beatmakers Blind Date Challenge pack you agree to be bound by the terms of the license and agree to be emailed regarding this challenge and other opportunities. If you decide you do not want to be emailed anymore just hit unsubscribe at the bottom of all emails.
